Folder is: Symantec File Share

I'm trying to figure out how to determine from code (C#) that a folder has been setup as a Symantec File Share location.

Our objective is to try and control where applications create temporary files, we'd like to force them to be in a folder setup with PGP Encryption. Or at least recognize when the folder is not encrypted and force a secure delete in that case.
