Move PGP Desktop keys to new computer

Please forgive me, I'm very new to this company and have not used PGP (Symantec Encryption Desktop) before.

The company used an Symantec Encryption Server and just for encrypting certain shares.  

The user has gotten a new computer and I follwed these steps:  https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH148851.html

I have installed the Symantec Encryption Desktop and the keys have been imported and verified, but now the share does not show the lock on it it used to and they cannot open any of the files.

I'm missing a step, but I can't figure out what.  

Can anyone shoot me suggestions or send over any articles.
